中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)紡織工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)聯(lian)合會(hui)副會(hui)長(chang)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)化(hua)學纖維工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)協會(hui)會(hui)長(chang)端小(xiao)平(ping)為(wei)會(hui)議致辭。他說,我國(guo)是一個化(hua)纖生產大國(guo),經過改革開放(fang)40年,化(hua)纖行業(ye)(ye)同心協力、砥礪奮進,開創了(le)前所未有的深刻變革,取得了(le)令人矚目的成(cheng)績。其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)丙(bing)綸憑借(jie)優良的性能,在繩纜、織帶、非織造布(bu)、土工(gong)(gong)布(bu)、衛材、高品質運動服等(deng)特定領(ling)域(yu)的應用,近年來(lai)保持了(le)平(ping)穩(wen)發展的態勢。
丙(bing)綸(lun)在(zai)化纖行業(ye)中是(shi)一個(ge)小品(pin)(pin)種,但卻是(shi)一個(ge)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)性能優良、生產(chan)(chan)過程綠色環(huan)保的(de)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)。根據(ju)國(guo)家統(tong)計局統(tong)計,2012-2017年,我國(guo)丙(bing)綸(lun)規模以上近(jin)50家企業(ye)實際產(chan)(chan)量穩定(ding)在(zai)30萬噸左右(you),不足合成(cheng)纖維(wei)(wei)總(zong)產(chan)(chan)量的(de)1%,是(shi)合成(cheng)纖維(wei)(wei)中所占比(bi)重較小的(de)品(pin)(pin)種,產(chan)(chan)能主要分布在(zai)東(dong)南沿(yan)海的(de)江蘇、浙江、山東(dong)和廣東(dong)等(deng)地區。
由于歷(li)史發(fa)展(zhan)軌跡的(de)原(yuan)因(yin),歐(ou)美特別是美國的(de)丙綸產業(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)較(jiao)快,尤其是在產業(ye)(ye)(ye)用和高(gao)品(pin)質運(yun)動服領域(yu),端(duan)小平認為這(zhe)是丙綸不同于其他化(hua)纖(xian)(xian)品(pin)種(zhong)的(de)一大特點(dian)(dian),也正是這(zhe)樣的(de)特點(dian)(dian),丙綸行業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)技術(shu)進步空間(jian)更大,相對(dui)于其他化(hua)纖(xian)(xian)品(pin)種(zhong)機會更多。
當前,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)色社會(hui)主義進入新(xin)時代,我國(guo)(guo)(guo)發展站(zhan)到了(le)新(xin)的(de)歷史起(qi)點上,為把(ba)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)建設成(cheng)富強(qiang)民主文明和諧美麗(li)的(de)社會(hui)主義現代化(hua)強(qiang)國(guo)(guo)(guo)而奮(fen)斗。在這(zhe)樣的(de)新(xin)的(de)歷史背景(jing)下,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)化(hua)纖工業(ye)推(tui)(tui)進高質量發展,新(xin)時代纖維(wei)更(geng)加關注社會(hui)責任、終(zhong)端消費和未來發展,纖維(wei)材料領(ling)域的(de)科技革命正推(tui)(tui)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)纖產業(ye)顛覆性(xing)(xing)發展,具有智能、多(duo)功能、超(chao)高性(xing)(xing)能、超(chao)高附加值、超(chao)高性(xing)(xing)價(jia)比(bi)、超(chao)高產業(ye)拉(la)動(dong)(dong)效(xiao)應、低碳綠色特(te)征的(de)纖維(wei)加工技術催生(sheng)新(xin)一代化(hua)纖產業(ye)。
端小平指(zhi)出(chu),新技術(shu)、新裝備、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)制造(zao)、互(hu)聯網+的(de)應用(yong),功能(neng)(neng)性、高附加值(zhi)產品的(de)開發(fa),是新一代丙(bing)綸人的(de)責任擔(dan)當。
廣(guang)(guang)東省揭陽(yang)市(shi)人(ren)民(min)政府副市(shi)長劉(liu)端(duan)雄指出,揭陽(yang)是廣(guang)(guang)東制造業(ye)(ye)城(cheng)市(shi)和(he)民(min)營經濟大市(shi),擁有(you)金屬、石油(you)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)、紡織(zhi)(zhi)服裝、食品醫藥等優勢傳統產(chan)業(ye)(ye),其中中石油(you)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)和(he)紡織(zhi)(zhi)服裝是揭陽(yang)支(zhi)柱產(chan)業(ye)(ye),具(ju)有(you)完(wan)善的(de)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)鏈條(tiao)。目(mu)前,總投(tou)資654.3億元(yuan)、年(nian)產(chan)2000萬噸(dun)煉油(you)+120萬噸(dun)乙烯+260萬噸(dun)芳烴的(de)煉化(hua)(hua)一體化(hua)(hua),以及紡織(zhi)(zhi)印染環(huan)保綜(zong)合處理中心等重大項目(mu)加(jia)快推進,必將帶(dai)動實現石油(you)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)和(he)紡織(zhi)(zhi)服裝產(chan)業(ye)(ye)的(de)鏈條(tiao)延(yan)展(zhan)重構,也為化(hua)(hua)學纖維(wei)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)帶(dai)來重要(yao)(yao)機遇(yu),創造有(you)利條(tiao)件(jian)。未來揭陽(yang)將堅持把服務企(qi)業(ye)(ye)和(he)項目(mu)作(zuo)為單個要(yao)(yao)務,進一步完(wan)善民(min)營企(qi)業(ye)(ye)和(he)中小企(qi)業(ye)(ye)扶(fu)持措施,全面優化(hua)(hua)營商環(huan)境,幫助企(qi)業(ye)(ye)解決實際問題(ti)。

大連商品(pin)交(jiao)易所(suo)北(bei)京研(yan)究中心高高等研(yan)究員高春雨(yu)分析了全(quan)球烯(xi)烴市(shi)場(chang)、全(quan)球聚(ju)丙(bing)(bing)(bing)烯(xi)市(shi)場(chang)和我(wo)國聚(ju)丙(bing)(bing)(bing)烯(xi)市(shi)場(chang)的(de)現狀及發展(zhan)趨勢,并列出了影響2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)聚(ju)烯(xi)烴價格的(de)主要因(yin)素。2018年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)全(quan)球新增乙(yi)烯(xi)產(chan)(chan)能(neng)912萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)/年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),新增丙(bing)(bing)(bing)烯(xi)產(chan)(chan)能(neng)635萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)/年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)。2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)將新增乙(yi)烯(xi)產(chan)(chan)能(neng)568萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun),其(qi)中北(bei)美(mei)新增產(chan)(chan)能(neng)330萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)/年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),亞(ya)洲(zhou)新增198萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)/年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),由于(yu)產(chan)(chan)能(neng)增長(chang)快(kuai)于(yu)需求增長(chang),乙(yi)烯(xi)開(kai)工(gong)率可能(neng)較(jiao)2018年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)有所(suo)回升(sheng);2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)新增丙(bing)(bing)(bing)烯(xi)320萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)/年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),其(qi)中亞(ya)太新增近300萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)/年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),增速放緩,丙(bing)(bing)(bing)烯(xi)開(kai)工(gong)率將回升(sheng)到(dao)79%。
2017年全球(qiu)聚(ju)丙烯(xi)新(xin)增產(chan)能(neng)近(jin)370萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)/年,而需(xu)求增速有所(suo)回(hui)落。2017年全球(qiu)聚(ju)丙烯(xi)需(xu)求為7007萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun),同比增長(chang)了4.0%,需(xu)求增速較(jiao)2016年有所(suo)回(hui)落,聚(ju)丙烯(xi)裝置(zhi)開(kai)工率也(ye)有所(suo)下降(jiang)。預(yu)計(ji)(ji)到(dao)2020年世界聚(ju)丙烯(xi)生產(chan)能(neng)力將(jiang)(jiang)達(da)到(dao)8471萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)/年,需(xu)求將(jiang)(jiang)達(da)到(dao)7688萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)。目前注(zhu)塑、薄(bo)(bo)膜(mo)及拉絲仍是聚(ju)丙烯(xi)的主要(yao)用(yong)途,近(jin)年來拉絲、薄(bo)(bo)膜(mo)等(deng)用(yong)聚(ju)丙烯(xi)的需(xu)求在(zai)(zai)穩(wen)步增加,其他增長(chang)較(jiao)快的用(yong)途還包括管(guan)(guan)材及管(guan)(guan)件(jian)和(he)涂敷料等(deng)。我國(guo)聚(ju)丙烯(xi)消費(fei)中(zhong),編(bian)織、注(zhu)塑和(he)薄(bo)(bo)膜(mo)是主要(yao)消費(fei)領域。預(yu)計(ji)(ji)2019年國(guo)內聚(ju)丙烯(xi)產(chan)能(neng)為2900萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)/年,需(xu)求將(jiang)(jiang)達(da)到(dao)2900萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun),同比增長(chang)7.0%,預(yu)計(ji)(ji)當年產(chan)量在(zai)(zai)2400萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)左右,凈進口量在(zai)(zai)500萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)左右。

廣(guang)(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)(dong)化學(xue)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)維(wei)研(yan)(yan)究所副(fu)所長司徒建崧介紹了(le)珠(zhu)三(san)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)地(di)區(qu)化纖(xian)(xian)(xian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展歷程(cheng)。1983年(nian)(nian),廣(guang)(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)(dong)省單個條全(quan)(quan)套引進的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)滌綸高(gao)(gao)速(su)紡(fang)(fang)(fang)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)線在(zai)新會(hui)滌綸廠(chang)投產(chan)(chan)(chan)成(cheng)功,掀開了(le)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)(dong)化纖(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展熱潮。到1996年(nian)(nian)底,廣(guang)(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)(dong)占據了(le)全(quan)(quan)國產(chan)(chan)(chan)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)1/4。品(pin)種齊全(quan)(quan),尤其(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)滌綸長絲,無(wu)(wu)論是(shi)(shi)(shi)技術設備的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)先(xian)進性、還是(shi)(shi)(shi)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)能力都位(wei)于全(quan)(quan)國單個。隨著化纖(xian)(xian)(xian)設備國產(chan)(chan)(chan)化程(cheng)度的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)提高(gao)(gao),國產(chan)(chan)(chan)設備低(di)(di)投入(ru)、高(gao)(gao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)優(you)勢非常明顯,使廣(guang)(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)(dong)化纖(xian)(xian)(xian)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)早期高(gao)(gao)投入(ru)、低(di)(di)產(chan)(chan)(chan)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題逐(zhu)漸顯露出(chu)來(lai),曾經輝煌十幾年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)(dong)化纖(xian)(xian)(xian)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)快速(su)進入(ru)調整(zheng)階段(duan)。隨著我國經濟(ji)發(fa)展重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心逐(zhu)漸由(you)珠(zhu)三(san)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)地(di)區(qu)轉向長三(san)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)地(di)區(qu),廣(guang)(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)(dong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)結構也(ye)開始轉變(bian),第(di)三(san)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)已(yi)(yi)經成(cheng)為(wei)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)(dong)單個大產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),化纖(xian)(xian)(xian)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)面臨人才儲備缺乏、設備生產(chan)(chan)(chan)效(xiao)率低(di)(di)、成(cheng)本高(gao)(gao)等問(wen)題,導(dao)致化纖(xian)(xian)(xian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)持(chi)續(xu)下滑。在(zai)珠(zhu)三(san)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)地(di)區(qu)化纖(xian)(xian)(xian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)轉型發(fa)展中,主要(yao)體現在(zai)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)差異化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)、產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)深加工(gong)和無(wu)(wu)紡(fang)(fang)(fang)布領(ling)域。服(fu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)服(fu)飾是(shi)(shi)(shi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)轉型的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)方向,2016年(nian)(nian),廣(guang)(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)(dong)服(fu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)服(fu)飾業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)銷售(shou)總(zong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)值4057.76億元(yuan),同(tong)比增長2.4%;出(chu)口服(fu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)327.32億美元(yuan),占全(quan)(quan)國25.79%。廣(guang)(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)(dong)服(fu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)平穩運行(xing),在(zai)全(quan)(quan)國繼續(xu)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)龍(long)頭(tou)地(di)位(wei)。產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)用紡(fang)(fang)(fang)織(zhi)品(pin)是(shi)(shi)(shi)化纖(xian)(xian)(xian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)延伸(shen),以無(wu)(wu)紡(fang)(fang)(fang)布為(wei)主的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)用紡(fang)(fang)(fang)織(zhi)品(pin)一直保(bao)(bao)持(chi)著良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)增長勢頭(tou)。它作(zuo)為(wei)紡(fang)(fang)(fang)織(zhi)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)單特分(fen)支,是(shi)(shi)(shi)一種短流程(cheng)、高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)率、低(di)(di)排放的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)技術創新較為(wei)活(huo)躍的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)領(ling)域之(zhi)一。在(zai)省內已(yi)(yi)逐(zhu)步(bu)完善產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)聚(ju)集(ji)效(xiao)應,形成(cheng)了(le)南海醫療衛(wei)生材料(liao)、廣(guang)(guang)(guang)州從化包(bao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)家(jia)居材料(liao)、江門土工(gong)建造材料(liao)、東(dong)(dong)(dong)莞家(jia)紡(fang)(fang)(fang)汽車內飾材料(liao)等各具特色的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)集(ji)群。

東(dong)華(hua)大學(xue)(xue)材料科(ke)學(xue)(xue)與(yu)工程學(xue)(xue)院教授蔡正國介(jie)紹,聚烯(xi)(xi)烴(jing)(jing)(jing)是(shi)(shi)(shi)世界上產量大、應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)廣泛的(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)分子(zi)(zi)材料。2014年產量達到1.4億(yi)噸(dun)。但(dan)是(shi)(shi)(shi),聚烯(xi)(xi)烴(jing)(jing)(jing)是(shi)(shi)(shi)非(fei)(fei)好(hao)(hao)(hao)性(xing)(xing)高(gao)(gao)分子(zi)(zi),這(zhe)一(yi)內在(zai)缺陷嚴重阻礙(ai)了聚烯(xi)(xi)烴(jing)(jing)(jing)在(zai)許多領(ling)域(yu)的(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。在(zai)聚烯(xi)(xi)烴(jing)(jing)(jing)分子(zi)(zi)鏈中引入好(hao)(hao)(hao)性(xing)(xing)基團或好(hao)(hao)(hao)性(xing)(xing)分子(zi)(zi)鏈段制備得到功(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)聚烯(xi)(xi)烴(jing)(jing)(jing),可有效改(gai)善(shan)聚烯(xi)(xi)烴(jing)(jing)(jing)材料的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng),例(li)如,賦(fu)予聚烯(xi)(xi)烴(jing)(jing)(jing)親水性(xing)(xing)、可著色性(xing)(xing)、與(yu)好(hao)(hao)(hao)性(xing)(xing)高(gao)(gao)分子(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)相容性(xing)(xing)等(deng),從(cong)而提高(gao)(gao)其高(gao)(gao)附加(jia)值(zhi)。蔡正國介(jie)紹了聚烯(xi)(xi)烴(jing)(jing)(jing)催化(hua)(hua)劑(ji)的(de)(de)發展(zhan)、希望通過設計過渡金屬催化(hua)(hua)劑(ji)來實現烯(xi)(xi)烴(jing)(jing)(jing)與(yu)好(hao)(hao)(hao)性(xing)(xing)單體的(de)(de)配(pei)位(wei)共(gong)聚。這(zhe)一(yi)過程的(de)(de)實現非(fei)(fei)常具有挑(tiao)戰性(xing)(xing),也被認(ren)為是(shi)(shi)(shi)聚烯(xi)(xi)烴(jing)(jing)(jing)領(ling)域(yu)較后(hou)的(de)(de)“圣杯(bei)”之(zhi)一(yi)。報(bao)告重點介(jie)紹通過引入羥基進(jin)行功(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)聚丙烯(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)共(gong)聚改(gai)性(xing)(xing),有效改(gai)善(shan)了聚丙烯(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)機械性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)、抗氧化(hua)(hua)能(neng)(neng)力(li)、熱(re)穩定性(xing)(xing)、光(guang)穩定性(xing)(xing)和介(jie)電性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)等(deng)。分享了功(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)聚丙烯(xi)(xi)在(zai)丙綸中的(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。

PE-Copet 短(duan)纖通過(guo)濕法抄紙工(gong)藝和(he)技術可(ke)制備(bei)出PE-Copet無(wu)(wu)紡(fang)布(bu);空心PP短(duan)纖通過(guo)濕法抄紙工(gong)藝和(he)技術可(ke)制備(bei)出PP無(wu)(wu)紡(fang)布(bu)。將(jiang)PE-Copet無(wu)(wu)紡(fang)布(bu)和(he)PP無(wu)(wu)紡(fang)布(bu)疊成(cheng)三(san)層(ceng)(ceng),PE Copet/PP/PE-Copet通過(guo)熱壓粘合熱拉伸使(shi)三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)無(wu)(wu)紡(fang)布(bu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)PE層(ceng)(ceng)熔(rong)化粘線(xian)在一起形成(cheng)整體(ti)無(wu)(wu)紡(fang)布(bu)隔膜,通過(guo)堿性融(rong)劑使(shi)海(hai)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)Copet熔(rong)化基(ji)礎形成(cheng)微孔≤0.46um的(de)(de)(de)PE/PP/PE三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)電池(chi)隔膜。 PP層(ceng)(ceng)具有高強度、耐高溫和(he)高隙率的(de)(de)(de)骨架保持尺寸穩定完整。PE層(ceng)(ceng)孔徑穩定,半徑均小于0.46um,在125℃左右熔(rong)化自閉(bi)孔,自閉(bi)效果好,保證(zheng)了鋰電池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)全性。
